I have been to this clinic a few times now and have had issues every time. This last time has really made me angry as they trimmed my cats nails when she was in to be spayed and she came home with three of them bloody from having cut into the quick and in a shirt that they charged me more than quoted for and is too small for her and restricting her movement.

I called yesterday morning to book an appointment for my bunny, he was hinting at signs of mild g.i stasis. initially, the receptionist said there was a time slot available the following day, but she said she would ask a doctor and call back. She called back shortly and said I could bring him in as soon as I could. I felt that all the staff members really cared about the well-being of pets and I felt so relieved after the appointment. I will start coming here for all of my bunny’s future check-ups and just want to say thank you to Dr. Katie and the team! My Louie has gotten significantly better since last night after getting started on the meds and critical care, and he is back to happily eating and dispensing healthy-looking coco puffs and running around as of this morning! The pricing is also fair compared to other local vets.
