Awesome company. The communication was great from the start with Patrick and I was given almost daily updates from the project manager Charles even after hours. They squeezed me into their schedule to get some electrical and drywall work done. The trade workers did a great job and everything was done within the timeframe they said at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Bremara.

I have dealt with Patrick for years as a sub trade for me on fire and flood restoration projects. His attentiveness to the project at hand and his outstanding communication are unmatched. Awesome people! We have had one too many flooding issues at our rentals for a couple of years now, and Bremara Powers is our one stop shop. Charles Sparks is one of a kind. Very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and always gives very realistic timelines of all necessary works. Very professional yet compassionate and kind. Is and will be our only go to for emergency Reno's! Well, we had a nightmare of a time to begin with, with wiring starting to catch fire, burning smells and heat soaked walls. Insurance was a nightmare because we didn’t let the wiring light the house on fire without rectifying the problem. But alas, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. It took a bit to get organized and pull some permits and get inspections, but Patrick and Charles and the team at Bremara took the time to demo the house. They took care to make sure things weren’t unnecessarily damaged, and were very easy to get ahold of for the months the renovation took. The electrician came in, and made sure everything was electrically up to code and communicated well when the inspections would be so I could organize being home well in advance. The first inspection had some very minor bumps in the road that the electrician quickly came and rectified and called for a new inspection very quickly. The wiring passed with flying colours, and the house was back to full functionality early on. The replacement drywall, baseboard, mudding and taping were done to a great standard, even fixing some of the dings more than once as appliances and stuff were brought in. The staff at Bremara were all very honest, communicated well through the process, and their work ended up speaking entirely for itself. It took a while, but that expected when the house had to be torn apart, rewired, and then repaired. The end result I was more than satisfied with. And I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the staff at Bremara Power and Construction for getting my house back in order, with relatively little actual headache from my end. Thanks!

Patrick and his team are extremely professional and their work is of top quality. We had an emergency over the holidays and we were referred to Bremara by our neighbors. They came quickly and had it fixed extremely fast and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company! Jill C.
