I have used Boyd St. Albert for my last few vehicle fixes, and every time I take my vehicle there, I know the outcome is going to exceed my expectations. From the damage being repaired completely and correctly, to the condition they provide my vehicle back to me (washed up and shining!), they continue to deliver. I will continue to bring my vehicles there, as their customer service (Kelly!) is caring and kind, and everybody there cares about their customers! Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, IF INSURANCE SENDS YOU HERE SADDLY YOU WILL STILL NEED WORK DONE. On Nov 28th at 12:51 I received a call from boys auto body shop stating my car would be ready for pick up at 16:30. I arrived at boyds auto shop at 16:41. They went over all the repairs made to my vehicle & we did a walk around. When I had dropped my car off I had asked if it was possible to retwerk my tires, if not thats fine. I had asked him if they had done it, he wasn't sure and went inside to talk to his manager. While he was inside, I turned my car on to let it heat up. I recieved a warning light with "rear camera detection unavailable" message on my dashboard. I brought this up to the worker & again he said hed have to ask someone else about it. When he returned he claimed that warning was there before the accident & they would not pay for the repair unless I took it to the dealership & they were able to prove it was caused either from the accident or by them. Before the accident happened, my car was fine, I had no warning light & I wasnt seeing that message. This accident happened on a holiday, so i had to wait until the following day to take my vehicle to the collision place & back again, not once did i receive that warning. When the tow truck came to pick up my car, there was still no warning signs. When my car was dropped off, me and a worker did a full walk around and there was still no warning notification for my rear sensors. I was able to get my vehicle into the dealership on 04 Dec. I explained the situation when I drop my vehicle off and I was told "there is no way to know when the warning light came on, just what had caused it." The dealership stated my back sensors stopped working because my battery was unplugged & the sensors weren't recalibrated when it was plugged back in, which costed $200. Thankfully my insurance was able to reimburse me for that. This place was very unprofessional as I was blamed for something that was not an issue prior to the car being brought in for repair. After an accident, places like this are supposed to fix your car not add issues. I will be letting friends and family know to avoid this place! **edit** Katrina never reached out to me. The last time I had any contact with Boyd Auto was on Nov 28th when I picked up my vehicle.

I am beyond satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle by Boyd. A few years ago I had a quote done at Boyd and wanted to go with them but was convinced to go with Carstar by my insurance company. That was a mistake. I had to bring it back multiple times as I could tell immediately upon picking it up that it wasn’t repaired correctly. This time I went to Boyd again and insisted I wanted my repairs done there. I am so glad I did. The service was fantastic, the repairs are perfect and the person who did the quote last time is the same (and was also fantastic)! This tells me they might be a good company to work for where people stick around. Couldn’t be happier. Great job Boyd :)

Shout out to Boyd Autobody! My truck was stolen and retrieved, including the interior being sprayed with bear mace. Amazing company; so helpful and outstanding customer service. I picked my truck up today and it is perfect. Particular compliments to Shelley, Susan and Kelsey. It was a journey and you made it seamless for me. Thank you!!
