Mitch repaired our toilet. We called him for a problem that wasn't an emergency but he happened to be available, so he came to help right away without a premium for the immediate work. He worked efficiently to ensure the cost to us was as low as possible and provided a report on the spot with all additional observations. He had our needed part on hand and therefore made the problem go away that very night. The repair was effective and our problem hasn't recurred. This is who we'll be calling if any other issues come up.

Mitch was very helpful. We had an emergency close to midnight with our water heater and he came within 30 minutes. I would recommend as be knows what he is doing. Very polite and will answer any questions you might have.

Mitch is a super nice guy! He was prompt returning calls, he kept me informed about his arrival time, he explained the work he was doing while he completed it, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! He also told me some tips to increase the life of the outdoor hose bib. He also has some great tips on his Facebook page. I highly recommend his services!

Mitch helped out with my furnace issue, and walked me through what to keep an eye out for to know what I can take care of myself and when to call. He also replaced my leaky faucet, but not until after getting info on if a repair on the original was worth it, and what to look for in a new one. I'll defintely call Mitch again and highly recommend him.
