From the moment I walked onto Bow Trail Dental I felt so welcome. Everyone is super friendly. My dental assistant and Dr T were very informative. The front desk staff were all incredible. It was the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. I was suffering from severe pain and called to book an appointment. When I arrived, there seemed to be confusion about the appointment time. Instead of showing understanding or compassion for the level of pain I was in, the receptionist spoke to me in a blaming manner and simply told me I would need to book another appointment. There was no consideration that I was in an emergency situation. I left the clinic upset and still in significant pain. then I went to another dental clinic where I was treated with kindness and professionalism. When they began assessing my condition, they asked for my recent X-ray, which had been taken two weeks earlier at my oldest clinic. When I tried calling to request that my X-ray be transferred, my call was ended abruptly and they refused to send the image. I expected better communication, empathy, and basic professionalism — especially when a patient is in severe pain. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience

Here’s an updated version with the whitening added in: --- I recently saw Dr. Adrianna at Bow Trail Dental to replace all of my old fillings, be fitted for a denture to fill a missing tooth in the front of my mouth, and to have an in-office whitening treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Dr. Adrianna is meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She took the time to explain each step, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the final denture looks incredibly natural. The whitening results are amazing as well; my teeth look brighter and cleaner than they have in years. The entire team at Bow Trail Dental is extremely competent and professional - from the admin and reception staff to the hygienists and assistants. Everyone is friendly, organized, and works together seamlessly, which makes the whole visit feel calm and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Adrianna and the team at Bow Trail Dental to anyone needing restorative, cosmetic, or whitening dental work.

From the moment I walked into the clinic until the moment I left, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the kind hygienist who did an outstanding job—I’ve honestly never had such a great experience before. Sarah was wonderful in helping me book my appointment, and the staff who performed the exam and X-rays were equally excellent. A fun bonus: you can even watch Netflix on the ceiling during your hygiene treatment or procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a fantastic place with great service and genuinely friendly people and will definitely refer my family and friends! Thank you!

From top to bottom, very impressed with my experience at Bow Trail Dental. The dental assistant I had was very thorough in a helpful manner when she was taking me through the procedures. The dentist I saw did not leave me with anxiety or anything, was very approachable and made it a stress free experience. My hygienist provided helpful tips and made my teeth look great! Last, but certainly not least, the reception team was incredible. From booking, confirmation, getting my info and sending everything off to insurance and everything in-between. They made me feel like I had been a client for years even though it was my first time. I did not hesitate to book my follow up appointment and look forward to continue going here!
