Thank you to all the staff at the hospital. In my dog’s final moments, you provided such gentle and professional care, allowing him to pass peacefully and without suffering. It was a very difficult moment for our family, but your compassion and patience made us feel supported and understood. A special thank you to Dr. Eoin Clancy for his professionalism, patience, and kindness. You helped make an incredibly difficult moment a little easier for us, and we truly appreciate everything you did.

We have brought our two dogs to boreal and have NEVER regretted it! We just recently got a surgery for our dog Frappuccino (she completely tore her CCL). We were able to get a consultation with the surgeon and get surgery literally the NEXT day, it all only took less than two weeks to book everything!! They took very good care of my dogs and in my opinion, they have very reasonable prices for the service. Dr. Lindsey did an amazing job to explain to us thoroughly the surgical procedure. Brittney handled our discharge paperwork and was extremely kind and helpful with explaining the recovery process for our dog (: At boreal, they truly LOVE animals and treat everyone with respect and care. We will always choose them to be our primary vet!!!🙏🏼❤️

We had to make a very difficult decision here. All the people at boreal were very friendly and understanding. They let us take all the time we needed, and never rushed us. They explained everything to us as much as we needed so we could understand despite being grief stricken during the visit. It can't be easy seeing people go through this as often as they do, and I'm so glad they're all compassionate and understanding people. If there had to be a place I had to say goodbye to my puppy, I'm glad it was here. Thank you for the dignity you gave us and her, in her last moments.

Dr. Chloe Apelgren was the primary veterinarian for my dog, Lucky, during his illness and ultimately during his final moments. I deeply appreciated her compassion and gentle nature throughout such a traumatic time. She explained everything clearly and made Lucky’s last day as comfortable and peaceful as possible. She even stayed beyond her regular working hours to support us, which meant more than I can express. I’m truly grateful for the care and kindness she showed to both Lucky and our family. The entire staff at Boreal was empathetic, patient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and sympathetic group of staff at Boreal. What was an incredibly traumatic Saturday morning turned into something far gentler than I could've ever expected. Had a medical emergency for my cat Nico who was experiencing difficulties standing up and rushed to have an emergency check up. I was devastated to learn that there was extensive damage to my cat's kidneys and that options to save his life was far and few. I had to make the difficult decision to let him go—my first time losing a pet. I appreciate the primary veterinarian who was with me and my mom, explained to us details that otherwise would've been hard to discuss, to convey the unfortunate news in the most sympathetic and compassionate way imaginable. It gave us much needed closure to an unexpected loss of a beloved family member. Thank you Dr. Zhang, the triage technician, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk during our visit. The kind words shared that morning helped my family get much need sleep and rest the coming days. Nico was in the best possible care he could've received, the staff did their absolute best to have him comfortable until our final goodbyes. I can't express how thankful we are. Thank you.
