This will be worth the read: My aunt recently referred me and I can’t say enough good things about Blade. He’s truly been my automotive guardian angel this holiday season. I originally came in thinking I’d need a whole new muffler and exhaust system because that’s what I’d been told elsewhere. Blade not only saved me from all those unnecessary costs, but he also fixed things in such a straightforward, honest way. He just repaired what actually needed attention, showed me exactly what he was doing with pictures and videos, and even took care of little things that are so important, like my wiper blades that I hadn’t noticed were falling apart. Yes I'm a woman, but he didn't treat me the way everywhere else typically has.. if you catch my drift. It’s clear that Blade’s years of experience shine through how he cares for other people, hats off to him for this ! He made my car run smoothly and quietly again without breaking the bank!!! Had an amazing experience with Blade at Blade's Auto! It's clear that customer satisfaction and value is a high priority for Blade. He ensures complete transparency and accuracy for his estimates and bookings. My truck was literally stuck in the driveway (for days!) and he got me in the very next day when I called. He made sure we properly diagnosed the issue to the best of our ability BEFORE I got in there, so when I went in there, we were ahead of the game and there were no surprises. It was super straightforward and he was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend his shop!

I had to get an out of province inspection done on my car, and Blade was recommended to me. He was very honest and upfront regarding pricing and work that needed to be done for the car to pass inspection before beginning to work on the car. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me, did a very thorough job with my car, and was very pleasant to interact with. I also appreciated that he was very communicative throughout the process, and kept me up to date if any additional work needed to be done, and did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Overall, I would 100% take my car back to Blade if I ever needed anything done again. He is not only skilled, but trustworthy, and has good coffee in the waiting area.
