I can’t say enough good things about Black Mountain Veterinary Hospital. As a first-time pet parent, I was extremely anxious, especially dealing with my puppy’s sickness. These past seven months have been overwhelming at times, but Dr. G and the entire team have been nothing short of incredible. Dr. G is compassionate, patient, and truly cares. Mackenzie is amazing as well. Kyla and Taylor at the front desk are always so warm and welcoming. From the doctors to the nail techs, everyone goes above and beyond every single visit. My puppy and I feel so blessed to be under their care. Hands down the best veterinary hospital in town. Black Mountain Vet has a very welcoming atmosphere for my cat and I. As it was my first time bringing my cat Misty to the vet. The staff were very supportive and nice. She was very scared to be there but the staff that attended her treated her with lots of care ❤️. Misty had her spay surgery here and the vet tech Valeria throughly explained the post op care process for my her. I have also called a few times just about questions for her medication and each time I have been answered with patience and great explainations, thank you to the front desk ladies Taylor and Kyla for dealing with all my calls 😅. It feels great to have a vet that wants to see my cat just as healthy as I do.

Today was a tough day for us,as my son Josh’s cat Piglet was sick. Turns out that she was suffering from an untreatable condition. However Dr. Latuat and support staff at the BMV Hospital were there for us. They are caring, sensitive and professional. We said our goodbyes and made sure she knew we loved her. We then left Piglet in their capable and gentle hands until she left us for Kitty Cat Heaven 🐈‍⬛ 🐾 💕

The staff at Black Mountain Veterinary hospital were extremely friendly and Dr. Cook is an excellent veterinarian. Dr. Cook took the time to go over my pets x-rays with me, and explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. I received excellent service today. Thank you to the team!

Roo had his check up today with Dr. Evan Latwat. He was so good with Roo and explained everything very well! Roo was pretty good with him as Roo is very nervous. Thank so much for the great service and we love all the staff at Black Mountain Vet🤗🩷
