Jaeden was amazing! She listened to me and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. I’m so happy with the results and will 100% go back. Super cute salon, staff is super friendly and made me feel so welcomed! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

I called and asked if there was someone able to work with 4C hair, i was told there was a lady that was experienced with trimming and styling my hair type, I was glad to hear this and booked an appointment with them. However, that was not the case, from the way my hair was blow dried to when it was straightened to be cut was a below average experience for myself. The woman that did my hair was nice but she did not have the skill to manage my hair. 1) She was aggressive my blow drying my hair, she started at the roots and worked down which is not how my hair type is supposed to be blow dried. 2) When straightening my hair to trim the ends, she did multiple unneeded passes with the flatiron, dead ends on 4C hair cannot be straightened & she wasted a lot of time trying to straighten it out. 3) She did not book enough time in between my appointment and her next client, which led to her rushing my hair and she was pulling on my hair a lot. 4) Since she was in a rush, she did not properly trim all around my hair, there was parts of my hair that was uneven. Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I wish the salon would’ve been more honest and upfront and should’ve said they do not have anyone that could manage my hair type

I had my first ever appointment with Jaeden today, and let me tell you, I won't be going anywhere else. She listened to what I wanted, saw the vision, gave her input, worked her magic, and completely exceeded my expections. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and so much fun to be around. All of the other girls at the salon are also so friendly and amazing. It is a great atmosphere of wonderful people, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my hair!! Thank you so much, Jaeden. Jaeden has been my hairstylist for many years and never fails to make sure I leave the salon feeling my best! I am very particular on how I like my highlights and Jaeden never makes me feel like I’m making too many requests and really listens to what I’m saying and it reflects in the awesome job she does in the chair! The salon is cozy and clean and all the stylists have amazing energy - I can’t wait to come back soon!

I've been seeing the lovely Madi at Billie & Co. Hair Lounge for my balayage’s for the past 5 years, and she never misses! Every single time, she nails exactly what I'm looking for—natural, fresh, and beautifully blended. The salon has such a warm and welcoming vibe, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and talented. It always feels like a treat coming in, and the best part? You get to see Queen Billie herself at every appointment! I can’t recommend Madi and the crew at Billie & Co. Hair Lounge enough!
