I Like the wash BAYS>> BUT I went there at 8AM Saturday morning as this is their opening time schedule....NOBODY there, closed...I waited 45 mins...Nobody showed up? Complete waste of my time...I remember when they opened at 7AM before which was great to get a jump start to a day full of chores but I now understand why they don't open at 7AM anymore because THEY CAN'T EVEN SHOW UP AT 8. >>>>> YOUR RESPONSE is BS there was no BIG snowfall warning at all, ...it was -17 nothing insane ...you're straight out LYING NOW...give me BREAK...at least you didn't have to make up some BS LIES......thought better of the place...NOPE not now.

Stopped in to wash my trailer at Big Toy Wash in St. Albert and had a smooth experience. The bays are spacious and everything worked as expected, which made things pretty straightforward. It’s also reassuring knowing help is available if you need it — shoutout to Abraham for being attentive and making sure everything was running properly. Overall, a reliable spot for bigger vehicles. I’ll be back.

Big Toy Wash is fantastic! I brought in my truck and trailer and was blown away by how clean everything came out. The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and has everything you need to get even the biggest equipment spotless. The pressure and soap options are strong and effective, and the bays are easy to maneuver in — which makes a huge difference when you’re washing larger vehicles. Staff were friendly and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Definitely worth the stop if you want your truck, toys, or equipment looking brand new again. Highly recommend!

Big Toy Truck wash is a complete disaster Hoses broken, no soap on high pressure, doors don’t work hell even the car mat holders are broken. When the former owners ran this place it was top notch. Everything down to floors being cleaned after each wash to equipment working properly was done and they were the best to talk to after your wash. Don’t waste your money here , and please someone else open a truck wash in St Albert. Ps you don’t use electrical tape to fix a hose on a soap brush. What a joke
