Fantastic experience. Got my car back up and running, gave me a loaner in the meantime, and even helped me install my car seats because I clearly had my hands full with my two young girls as a single mom. Just a wonderful experience. Also put my new license plate on for me before I left without me even really needing to ask, which checked and annoying item off my to do list. Thanks Brian!

last week I brought my daughters' 06 liberty in to have the front wheel bearings replaced, A simple job, both wheel bearings. My wife receives a quote for $6735.89 for rear brakes ,the water pump, $1100 for tires and somewhere in there $700 for both front wheel bearings! They then asked my wife what she would like to do! she asked me; I said the wheel bearings please. The mechanic called my wife and told her that only one front wheel bearing needed to be changed and it would only be $600 plus tax. followed up later with a call that after driving the vehicle that the other wheel bearing would need to be changed doubling my bill. And that is not the real reason for this post. The mechanic tightened the lug nuts on the front rims HAND TIGHT! I discovered this when I re-tourqued the front rims. That is criminal negligence! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE BE GETTING WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED A GOVERNMENT SAFTEY AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION! (one star because it won't allow 0)

A very honest, caring auto shop. They aren’t there to give you bad advice or take your money, they genuinely care about their customers and quality of service. My older vehicle needed a very expensive repair which they easily could have encouraged me to go through with. However, they were honest and let me know the repair may not be worth the vehicles age/state. Findings auto shops like this is very hard to come by these days and I love knowing I have somewhere to take my vehicles and I will be taken care of. I will be recommending Bettcher’s to any friends/family going forward!
