Bergens did a great job on my repairs. Although it took a while it was completely out of their control and they were always in great contact with me. Helpful through the SGI process and any concers I had afyer the fact. Concierge was great and the rental was so smooth. Would definitely recommend them.

The most important thing I want to communicate is that they did an excellent job working on my car and I received it back spotlessly clean inside and out. I would not hesitate to have them work on my car or yours. However, I can’t give them five stars. There were several small things that didn’t go well. The day I dropped off my car my appointment was at 8 AM. I was there 10 minutes early and somebody was going in and out of the front door. I got out of my car and asked them if it was open. I got a gruff response that no it’s not we open at eight. Not a big deal, but it could’ve been better. Then on the day, my car was ready, they called and told me they would schedule my pick up for 3:30 PM. I have played back in my head our communications back-and-forth. I acknowledge that I could have been better as well communicating what pick up at 3:30 PM means. However, what they meant is that I could come pick up my car at 3:30 PM. Not that they would be coming to pick me up at 3:30pm. So I waited a considerable amount of time called them and then had to arrange my own ride there. To be fair they did ask how far away I was, and I think they may have offered me a ride. But by that time I had wasted too much time. Then when I picked up my car, the seat was all the way forward , Steering wheel column had been tilted all the way down. Everything had been adjusted. The height of the seat, all the mirrors. Etc. When I went to get in, I didn’t realize this and kind of hurt myself because I did not fit in the car. I understand the person that’s moving it from place to place maybe of a smaller stature. I’m not sure why everything had to be adjusted though just to move it in and out of different bays, etc. I would suggest to them that at least the seats be moved back and steering column lifted so that somebody getting in can get in and then start adjusting. Leaving things all as tight as possible isn’t really thoughtful for the owner. Finally, the day after, I was trying to sleep in and I got two calls and hang ups from the dealership a couple times and then hung up after 2 rings at 7 AM. Around the same time I got a request to give them a nine or a 10 star review by text. So here I am and I can’t give a nine or 10 star review. I am giving I’m a four out of five because they really did a great job of the car and I was really pleased with how clean it was inside. And the repair is the most important thing of this review. However, some things could’ve been improved.

Good experience having Bergens complete my truck repair. They provided frequent updates, the fix was completed on the lower end of the timeline they gave me. Vehicle came back fixed, locking good and clean as a whistle. Very happy. Thank you to the team members involved.

Definitely made a crappy situation better! So easy to deal with. Real time text status updates, never had to wonder what was up. For a fairly large claim they had the car ready to roll in a good time frame. Basically dropped it off and was no need to worry until the day we picked it up! 100% recommend!!!

Concierge service is a really really nice touch and I didn’t know how much that would mean to me. After purchasing through Bergens I won’t be able to use regular autobody shops again. From on-boarding to completion this has been a top notch experience and the work is absolute perfection. Highly recommended
