If I could put zero stars I would. Bennett Dunlop Ford took my vehicle in for hail damage. When I went to pick it up a service tech had explained they had to remove my side mirror to get at a hail dent. Then proceeded to tell me the side mirror motor did not work… before and after they needed to remove it. I find it extremely hard to believe as my vehicle is meticulously maintained and cleaned. After months of arguing about my hail damage claim I just wanted to get out of there. Horrible horrible horrible. Do not recommend coming to Bennett Dunlop Ford for insurance claims or any other body work period.
