I can’t stress enough how much I don’t recommend this place. The customer service is so terrible. I made 4 visits just to get a patch put on a shirt. My shirt was ruined and the owner said I could have just done it myself but I decided to go there. She wouldn’t accept any responsibility for it and it’s not the biggest deal but she didn’t reimburse what I paid or replace my shirt. The way she spoke to me explaining why it’s actually my fault was unreal.

I really liked the lady who used to work here. She was very kind, answered questions clearly, was quickly, and perfect for everything Today, I went to drop off some dry cleaning after a long time and saw a woman I hadn’t met before. As soon as I walked in, the building’s fire alarm went off, and she looked at me with annoyance, asking what that sound was. How would I know? Then, she asked if I was a member. I wasn’t sure but told her it wasn’t my first visit. She typed my phone number into the computer and, with an irritated tone, told me I wasn’t a member. She then pushed the computer towards me and told me to register, so I filled out the information. When I asked when I could pick up my clothes, she said either Wednesday or Saturday. I asked again for a clear answer, but she kept repeating "Wednesday but I'm not sure" So, is she expecting me to come on Wednesday, knowing I might waste my time and effort if it’s not ready? It would’ve been better if she had just said Saturday with confidence. From the way she handled things, I was convinced the ownership had changed. The service was terrible, and I couldn’t trust the quality anymore, so I decided to take my clothes back. I won’t be visiting this alteration shop again. I’m sad to lose the place I used to like so much.

Bee's is great! I took a dress here to have it hemmed and to shorten the straps. It was ready on time, fit perfectly once it was done, and for a very reasonable price. The seamstress was friendly and knew what she was doing. I will definitely be back!

I am incredibly satisfied with the service here! I went in yesterday about 30 minutes before closing time to get my pants hemmed. Came back the next morning 30 minutes after open and they were already finished! Super fair price and quality work done! The lady was also super nice and friendly. I will definitely continue to come here

Amazing Service! I had my daughter’s dress hemmed there. The service was fast, she did a great job and the price was very affordable. Thank you very much! 😃 I highly recommend this place for alterations.
