Went in and asked for a cleanup. I mentioned that I DID NOT want my brows thinner than they were as I’m old and they don’t. Grow. Back. She made them so thin, and one was way thinner than the other. One was to the corner of my eye and the other one almost to the middle of my eye. It made me so mad. Why can’t people listen to what is requested. I guess I use eyebrow pencils now. Ughhh

I asked for an eyebrow clean up and left with pencil thin eyebrows from the 90s. This is the only location that seems to butcher my eyebrows every time I go there. I don't understand why none of the ladies here listen to what is asked. Everytime I go I ask for just a tidy/clean up. My eybrows are already shaped and just needed a light touch. I have given them so many chances at this location and they continue to disappoint me. I was there Monday Jan 12th around 1 pm. I will not be back.

Today Kinjal did my eyebrows and she did wonderful job! I’m a happy with my service. 10/10 will be coming again to her

My friend and I recently enjoyed a lash lift with tint and brow services, and we were both very impressed with Kinjal's expertise and pleasant demeanor. We certainly plan to return in the future.
