I contacted their shop with a time emergency around noon and they effected the part replacement and repair that afternoon! Amazed I was; they told me of a mouse blocker device - yes - mice wire cheers begone 👌The next morning was when I noticed our shiny clean vehicle in our driveway - not Mother Nature's rain - BCAA gifted us 🌟 In short, good crew, good service. Happy driver and vehicle carries on serving and running.

Came to get an international drivers permit and the whole process was smooth. A much better experience compared to the west Kelowna location.

It ain't cheap but they do a really good job and keep you informed along the way. Would have got 5 stars if they had a shuttle service or loaners.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! I went in questioning about putting a new battery in and they helped within seconds, the men at the front desk were very friendly and very funny. I highly recommend coming to this location they are incredible. Harsh helped me put in a new battery in seconds! I love this place!!

I went in the other day to hopefully get my car looked at before a trip. They were very busy and all booked up, but Tim took the time out of his day to look at my car anyway. He was incredibly helpful, diagnosed the issue, replenished my low coolant and even went as far as to fit me in the next day before I left to make sure it was safe for me to drive. You can tell he is the kind of person who cares, genuine, and radiates positivity. Thank you!
