Huge rave and shoutout to Banaue Auto Services! Sam the owner or Kuya Sam, is honestly one of the rare, transparent guys in the auto service world. It’s tough these days to find a shop that won’t try to rip you off or sneak in hidden charges. I went in needing an auto inspection certificate for insurance and I already knew issues my car had, so I was confident I’d catch it if a shop tried to invent problems or overcharge me like from experience from majority of shops and dealerships here in Red Deer. Not Sam. He went through everything, identified the exact issues I already knew about, gave me a fair quote, and even slashed his labour fee just so I could afford to get the repairs my car desperately needed. Fair, honest, and kind!! I can’t ask for more. Thank you Banaue Auto Services LTD.! 🙌

Very impressed as a newer customer. Clean shop. Very polite and immediate service. Price seems reasonable. Solved my issue quickly, U-Haul depot a bonus. Thanks for helping me.

We highly recommend Banaue Auto Services. Sam and company are honest, reliable, and professional. We appreciate the work ethic and work they did on our vehicle. We will definitely go back again, even if it means traveling far, for the service!

Don’t go to this auto shop. The main mechanic will let the apprentices work on your car and break it. They wont take responsibility if they break your auto. Instead they will just blame you or put you in another appointment to fix the problem that they created and charge you more money. Definitely not recommended. 0 stars for this shop. I talked to them that I decided to not trust them to fix the problem yet they have the guts to tell me that it’s not theyre fault. My car had only one problem and trust them to fix it but they never fix it and yet created another problem. *photos are from the dealership and said that those holes are not meant to be drilled.

It's a neat small garage setup. It has most of the typical auto shop gadgetry, it has/reception and a waiting area. Located up by the North side of the city of Red Deer, AB. Sam the mechanic and operator of the garage is reasonable and does well. Thank you Sam, good job dude! 🤓
