BDW was immediately responsive to a tenant issue and able to book in service within 24 hours. Lucy spent a lot of time inspecting the home top to bottom in order to diagnose the issue. She was persistent in dealing with the issue to ensure the problem was solved before she left. She explained everything thoroughly and was thankful for the opportunity. We would highly recommend this company and this skilled electrician!

bleh horrible experience. extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. i’m blessed to have had one good worker come by. it’s seems like only the younger workers know what they’re doing everyone else is unprofessional and slow. would never do business with these people again and i suggest you don’t either.

Apparently its impossible to leave a message and have someone get back to you. I've left multiple messages to have an employee call me back over about a 2 week time period. I called for the 5th time, and the receptionist asked if I wanted to leave another message, I said, "Actually I've left quite a few messages and he hasn't got back to me so what's the point." To which the rep said, "O ok, well have a good day." I couldn't believe that was the service provided.
