My therapist is Josh. He has been excellent. As we went through the assessment he explained what was going on and why, which gave me a better understanding of my symptoms and helped put me at ease. I have seen her for several unrelated issues over the years and she's always been able to help. When required, she also recommended imaging to help identify/confirm the issue. Highly recommended.

I’ve had such a great experience at Avenue Physio! Lilac has been helping me a lot with my TMJ, neck, and upper back pain. I’ve also been doing physio pilates with Keri and absolutely love the reformer sessions. Yhana at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful with all my appointments. The whole team is amazing. Highly recommend!
