Arrived to Saskatoon on a Saturday morning with error message on transmission for my Ford . No other service shops available in the city . Called ARZ, was able to get me in and fix my car when I was in a bind . Great pricing and even better service ! You really save my weekend !

I stopped in on a Saturday when the website said they were open. The door was locked. I phoned from my vehicle. "Are you guys open?" Them: Long pause. "What is it for?" (Lots of background noise.) Me: "Getting a vehicle key cut." Them: "No, you have to come back on Monday afternoon." I asked a few more questions. The guy seemed annoyed. "I can't just say 'Yes, yes, yes' over the phone. Come in on Monday." If they won't give me their time when they're supposedly open, I won’t give them mine.

Absolutely terrible experience. We agreed on $595, and later he said it might be $20–30 more — but when I came to pick up my car, the bill was $776! Total scam. When I questioned him, he got defensive and started arguing instead of explaining. The engine under cover didn’t even fit my car model — he drilled an extra hole to make it fit! I’m seriously worried it might have damaged my car. Dishonest, unprofessional, and rude. Stay away from this place — they’re scammers.
