Very knowledgeable…made a thorough step by step diagnosis by asking questions and examining my non-functioning key fob. Solved the issue at minimal cost. Offered advice to avoid future problems. Waaay better than paying premium at dealership and getting upsold. Highly recommend you try this downtown location.

My key fob stopped working for my 2010 Toyota Sienna. I tried replacing the batteries with 2 sets of different makes of batteries. I called Auto Key Pro as I used them years ago and remembered it was a great and fast experience. I booked an appointment which was almost immediately that day. The gentleman was so personable and had a great chat while he was working. He not only fixed my original key fob, but I purchased an additional one to go with my spare key. And the best part, it was far less of what a dealer charges! (I checked). There is a line, you can have it fast, have it cheap or have it right, pick 2. lol Auto Key Pro (in my opinion) delivered all 3!
