I’ve been going to the Laser & Vein Clinic for laser hair removal, and I can’t recommend it enough! My technician Brittany is absolutely amazing—she’s knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything so I always feel comfortable. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor, which makes the sessions fly by. The results have been fantastic, and I feel really well taken care of every time I come in.

I have been going here for years! Not only is dr O professional and kind, with the best bed side manner around- he really does the trick for the skin. I go here for all my facials, skin treatments, skin issues and have never had better skin. He is a minimalist and brings back a natural based refreshed look every time. A true professional who is knowledgeable and amazing. I’ve been to various medi spas and will never go to another one in Red Deer! He has a wait to get in, book for the future because it’s worth the wait . Staff is amazing and results are there every-time. Very affordable and never pushes excess of anything. Of all the people I see in the waiting room- I have never seen over plumped or totally frozen faces. Lots of refreshed natural looking people walking out. That’s a testament to having a very good, knowledgeable doctor who really does simply promote everyone’s natural refreshed beauty, a doctor that doesn’t push excess treatments, a trustworthy professional that that isn’t promoting a complete modification in exchange for lots of additional costs. Can’t say enough good things!

Amazing experience, I am not a so type person but every time I come to Aurora I have the most relaxing enjoyable time like I’m at a spa. The services are professional and make me feel beautiful, the products are top notch and the service I would come back for time after time for. You can tell they are knowledgeable, skilled and love what they do. The environment in the office is positive and friendly. Thank you for all you do!

Can we take a moment to appreciate this clinic?! After losing a significant amount of weight, I was left with loose skin on my stomach, which became a major source of insecurity for me. I decided to book a consultation with Brittany for Morpheus8, and honestly, she is an absolute angel. She explained everything in such a clear, relatable way and made me feel completely at ease. I can honestly say, Morpheus8 is one of the best investments I’ve made on myself. I've been coming here for over two years, and I genuinely look forward to every visit. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and the vibe is always amazing. Even if I leave looking a little "spicy," it's worth it every time. 10/10 will forever recommend.

My experiences have always been positive - from Stacy and Isobel’s friendly greetings and service, to consultations, recommendations and treatment from Dr.Ollewagen - along with the expertise and genuine care that Brittany, Melissa and Ashlynn have provided. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me, and have provided services and follow-up above and beyond what one would expect, on multiple occasions. My husband, son and I have been going to Aurora for many years for many different treatment. From spider veins, laser treatment for acne scars, botox and Bbl treatments, microdermabrasions, and peels for our son’s acne on face and back. His face has almost completely cleared up and his back is well on its way. All the staff are incredibly professional while also being warm, friendly, and personable. They make you feel comfortable and valued, creating a perfect balance of expertise and genuine hospitality.

Well where do I start. First of all when you arrive you have the most amazing welcome from Isobel She is amazing. Well then it gets even better. We went in to see Brittany for a Morpheus treatment and all I can say is wow. First she explained everything, then she put this incredible numbing cream on which totally helped with the procedure. I did not feel a thing. She was so thorough and explained everything she was doing. Her bedside manner is amazing. You truly feel like you have made a new friend. I would recommend Brittany and Aurora to anyone. Totally a great experience 😀
