I had a bit of an emergency. Was getting Lasik eye surgery and decided I wanted to have my lashes removed the night before. Unfortunately my lash lady was fully booked. I called this studio and even though it was close to closing time the ladies accommodated my emergency. I believe the lady who assisted me was Javiera, she not only was super gentle during the removal, she also stayed past closing to make sure my lashes were removed with no damage. I highly recommend the ladies here!

I went for a facial with the new technician, Melissa, and it was outstanding. I’ve visited many different places across the city for facials, and this one was truly unique and worth every penny. She is extremely knowledgeable, my skin felt amazing afterward, and she even custom-blends her own oils tailored to your skin type. The massage was incredible—she doesn’t leave the room like some places do; she stays and continues the massage the entire time. Highly recommend!

WOW! My girlfriends surprised me with a spa day here for my Bachelorette party. I started with the best massage I've ever had from Antonio. His service is unmatched! He addressed my concerns and took excellent care of me, making sure to explain and educate me throughout the process. Everyone is so lovely here. The ladies did an excellent job with our nails and pedis. Such a clean, soothing environment. Extraordinary service from start to finish. Us Lethbridge ladies will be sure to come back! 😍

My mom and I found Aura by chance. I am so glad we did. I am a FAN! Lola was gentle, and her expertise was very obvious. The spa is quiet, relaxing but approachable and comfortable. From the moment we walked in the door, Diana made us feel so welcomed and at ease. There is always a bit of anxiety with new places especially nail services… I can tell you with total honesty; neither of us had any during our visit! I’ve already booked in again. It is a great venue for a day with mom or a friend 💞 Love that appointments can be booked online. Diana is uniquely available through messaging of the contact number for booking or product information. All staff are knowledgeable and seem talented in their professional field. The salon hosts a number of retail products of high quality and interest. Coffee was great, and so was the little snack to pass the time. How did I not know about this place!?!?! These nails are 10 days old. I’m a mom of two very active boys and I LIVE in my garden. still 💯

I've been here for shellac nails twice now, and the first time I went, Diana radiated such incredible loving attentive energy that I literally cried (I was feeling my feelings that day okay!). These ladies really take their time and are super detail oriented with nails. They give solid advice on colors and shades, and will even swatch colors on my nails/skin before I commit. They are also the longest lasting shellac nails I've ever had without chipping (over 3 weeks). I have never felt so comfortable being pampered. Not to be dramatic but I've definitely found my forever nail place.
