Dr. Lionel was amazing with our 8 year old, who was nervous and required dental work. She was patient, soft spoken, gentle and experienced! We will definitely return to her. When additional work was needed our child saw Dr. Dan. He was friendly but not professional, was clumsy with the equipment in ways that were terrifying to watch, and impatient with our child to the point where due to pain experienced during the procedure we asked to stop and will have another dentist finish the work. I would not return to Dr. Dan for treatment, especially not for a child.

Dr. Wallace is absolutely amazing and the best. He is so friendly, kind and caring, made me feel at ease when I normally have a bit of anxiety at dentist appointments . He ensures you are comfortable with any procedure . Very professional and highly recommend "Aura Dental" Thankyou! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great first visit here. I’ve always felt anxious about going to the dentist because of past negative situations, but Dr. Jaspreet and his team completely changed that for me. He took the time to sit down with me, carefully review my X-rays, and even drew a diagram to explain everything clearly. I’ve seen dentists in the past who felt rushed and inattentive, but that was not the case here. I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.

We would like to sincerely thank Wallace Truong for his amazing care and support. He went above and beyond to help our daughter Amy by arranging an emergency appointment and even taking the time to call later that night to check on her. We are truly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and attention to every detail he showed throughout the process. It made a stressful situation much easier, and Amy was well cared for. They may be good but I wouldn't know. I never got to the appointment as they don't direct bill to more than one provider. They also don't direct bill to NIHB. When I called to book in sure I asked or i wouldn't have booked. They need to advertise they don't direct bill for Status.They wanted to refer to a sister clinic in another area(1 guess what area).

Every time I’ve been to Aura dental, it’s been a phenomenal experience. Every staff member encounter I’ve had has been positive, they are kind and helpful and good at their jobs. Dr. Jaspreet has been my dentist the past couple of appointments and I don’t have enough good things to say about him! He is so patient and willing to help and I appreciate his work. I will always be requesting him. Thanks Aura dental, y'all are the best!!!

Dr. Wallace is a great dentist—friendly, kind, and accommodating. However multiple time experiences with front desk staffs, aren't welcoming; they just sit around, which makes me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I also tried calling 15 minutes before closing, they didn’t answer. —Edit, they phoned me and booked me in as early as possible for my appointment and the lady at rochdale apologized. Thanks!

Make an appointment in advance, no need to wait after arriving. The attitude of the doctor and nurse is very good. I came to fill my tooth and the treatment process was painless. The effect is also very good. CDCP is accepted here.
