I really appreciated that the confirmation email included all the essential details—price, time, address—and allowed me to choose my specific stylist. Stylist Review: Mowa I highly recommend Mowa. She was extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire appointment. • Consultation: At the start, she shared several reference photos to discuss the look I wanted, ensuring we were aligned before she even picked up the scissors. • Communication: She explained the process clearly and made sure to inform me before starting every single step. • Technique: Her skills are top-notch. She was very gentle and treated my hair with great care. Professional Hair Wash The colleague who handled the hair washing was also excellent. Their technique was gentle and professional, with no unnecessary movements, making the experience very relaxing. Overall: A 10/10 experience. If you are looking for a salon that values detail and provides a professional, gentle touch, this is the place to go!!

I originally booked with someone else, but they forced me to do my hair with the stylist with pink hair( Koki). I clearly showed him a picture and explained the style I wanted, but his English was very limited. He cut my hair completely wrong and much shorter than what I asked for. The result is awful and nothing like what I requested. The stylist I actually booked with was there, but he preferred to work on his Asian friend instead of taking my appointment. They pushed me to use the pink-haired stylist instead. Not only will I never come back, but I also do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They force you to pay a deposit, and if you’re unhappy with the service, your money is gone. Terrible experience from beginning to end

I have been coming here for almost three years, and it is one of the best places in Vancouver for Tokyo level service. My stylist Mowa is always friendly and extremely detail oriented. They keep a record of what’s done at each visit, so I never have to explain what I want. Whenever I want to make changes, Mowa always give me thoughtful and professional suggestions that I trust.

I have thick, slightly damaged hair that can easily end up with overly tight curls, so it hasn’t always turned out the way I wanted. Thanks to Koki designer at Aube Hair Salon, with his meticulous care and his own expertise, I was able to get exactly the hairstyle I had hoped for. He also gave clear and helpful aftercare and styling tips. I’m very happy with the result!

I had a haircut with Anne today, and she did an amazing job! She was attentive, gentle, and really understood what I wanted. I’m so happy with the result , my hair looks and feels fantastic. Highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a perfect haircut!
