Had a backup on Tuesday night. Of course these things happen on overtime hours. Tony with his helper Hayden arrived within 15 minutes of calling and did amazing work. They were very fast and efficient (Tony was really working hard at some roots in the sewer) service was cheaper than expected and they explained how since my side of the line is replaced. I may beable to receive reimbursement for the cleaning from the city. I have had this service done by other companies for years and they have never explained this process to me before. Thank you so much Tony, Hayden and atlas sewer. We will not hesitate to have you guys out again and recommend you to our friends and family.

Had Tony and Hayden out to help me out with a plugged sewer. Amazing service left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Explained what they had to do and even showed the issue was lots of roots from the city pipe. You can tell the people at atlas really care about the work they do and helping people who are having one of the worst days of our lives. Thank you Tony and Hayden two amazing guys!!

Whoa holy crap...a good flush beats a full house, and Atlas is the winner in this poker game. Man, these guys are the epitome of exceptional customer service. We had an after-hours emergency, and we had made several calls to the 'other guys' but Atlas is the one that responded to the challenge. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and competent. Tony and Hayden - thank you, thank you! No need to call anyone else but Atlas!

My sewer backed up in the evening on the weekend after Christmas. I tried calling 3 places and no one was available until the next day or the next week! Then I called Atlas, they answered right away and were able to get to me that night. The technician even arrived at earlier than I expected! Greffith was friendly, efficient and had me back to normal in less than an hour. He was very thorough in explaining what happened and my charges. Thank you Atlas for your great work! You will be my first call from now on!

Greffith came out at midnight when my sewer started to back up. He came and snaked out the line and told me about my sewer and how to prevent and manage it moving forwards. It has a sag in the line and my property has several units in it so he gave me advice to give my tenants to prevent the line from clogging as fast. Being that this is a multi unit building I didn’t want to wait until morning and disrupt my tenants. Grateful Atlas could accommodate me after hours. Thanks Greffith!!

I was so impressed with the service from Atlas. We had called a different company yesterday who is completely rude with us over the phone and it was a horrible experience, to this today which was amazing. The plumber that came out, Greffith, was so polite and informative. He helped us fix our issue, and we were on our way. Thank you so much for your help Atlas.

I had an after hours emergency and the response was very quite. The problem was quickly isolated and resolved in a timely manner. Marvin and Hayden are real professionals - knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I HIGHLY recommend Atlas Sanitary Sewer Services. I won't call anyone else.

Absolutely love Atlas Sewer! This is only our second time using them and both times we had Marvin. He is great at what he does. He takes his time and makes sure things are done correctly. He also takes the time to explain things to us and how it works. I'd recommend him and Atlas every time.

Atlas Sanitary Sewer Services we have used a few times with our pipes in regards to tree roots. And things backing up. Their staff are always very through, thoughtful and respectful especially Mike the technician who has been there for quite some time. He took the time to be deligent and explained everything that he was doing or going to do. Hayden also took the time to move items out of the way to not get dirty or ruined. Very appreciate of that! Very professiona and respectful. Always quick to get to you as well. Amazing customer service and will continue to come to their establishment for our sewer needs! ***** Dylan, as well as Dawson clean my works grease traps and always fast and efficient service. Always above customer service and always appreciate the care they put into the Cleaning and experience!
