I’ve been coming here for a few years now and genuinely look forward to every visit. Adam and the staff clearly love what they do, and it shows. The gym is clean, visually appealing, and offers an environment you can make as social—or as focused—as you like. Events like Liftmas, where we raise more than just weights for charity, are always well attended—and yes, Adam even dons a dress shirt, tie, and pants for the one day a year. The equipment is top-notch and is constantly being updated. Credible coaches, a photographer, and massage therapists are also on site. Oh, and there’s even a shower and a posing hallway to show off those gains! If you’re looking for a gym that motivates you to keep showing up and doing the work, this place makes it easy.

I love the people and the atmosphere at Atalo Gym. It has top end equipment and its a clean environment. Being an older, smaller guy than the majority of males in the gym, I never feel judged and I have made a lot of new friends there.

Best equipment in the city!!! After having a membership here for over two years can’t go anywhere else. clean gym, positive environment and fun events every couple of months!

The best gym in the city! Great equiptment and people here. The owner Adam is amazing he will even back your car in for you if you aren’t able to.
