I got my hair permed by Heather. Who once we got started, I realized had not done very many perms, and didn't know how to do them. I now have breakage at the roots. All over my head from this perm, that she gave me. How very disappointing to have someone wreck your hair with that you have to put up with, for at least 3 months before it will be decent enough to work with. Or getting it cut off and starting over to grow my hair out. Please nobody go and get your hair done from her

Before writing long speeches and declaring people ‘banned,’ you should seriously look at the quality of the haircut you provided. No business earns respect by attacking customers or making personal accusations. Instead of trying to silence people with threats of banning, ask your actual clients whether the haircut was good or not. Their honest reviews will show the truth — not the stories you create. Blaming customers and calling them names won’t hide unprofessional service. Let the real customers judge your work, because your response says more about your business than anything else … If I had the option, I would give this place zero stars honestly, even a negative rating would be more accurate. I had a terrible experience. They took nearly 45 minutes for a simple haircut and kept repeating they had “26 years of experience,” but the result said otherwise. The haircut was uneven, not what I asked for, and absolutely not worth my time or money. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning.

I really appreciated as an owner wrote a false statement, I would like to express my concern regarding the false statement made about our behavior. Before making such an allegation, I kindly request that you review your camera footage. Our behavior towards your staff was respectful and humble all times. The haircut took significantly longer than expected, but I remained patient throughout the process. The stylist called for assistance multiple times—around ten times —and it took approximately 45 minutes just to the fade-in with no finishing and even not complete the haircut. Additionally, you have banned us, which is disappointing. It was my mistake to choose your service again despite having a negative experience in the past. Your staff member Jennifer may recall that incident as well. It seems that many of your staff are still trainees rather than fully trained professionals. At no point were we informed that our haircut would be handled by a trainee or junior staff member. I visited the salon to enhance my appearance, not to compromise on the quality of my hairstyle. Moreover , You can’t judge a person or seems racist- I have been having my haircut from PA since last 4 years and handled by professional women staff all the time , never had any issue before I choose Ascending shears. I request a clear written explanation for the decision to ban me from your salon. I believe this action was taken based on incorrect information, and I would like the opportunity to address it through proper and professional channels.” - - - This was my second visit to this salon, and they always seem to experiment on their clients. There is only one person who actually knows how to cut hair— rest are trainee. It took them 45 minutes just to draw a design on my head, and it felt like a joke. Same thing they did last time and I have to visit again next day to fix it little bit. Never ever ---

Amazing! Had a Perm done to my hair, didnt turn out great the first time, because my hair was to healthy, but they offered a FREE perm and it turned out absolutely amazing, I would 100 percent recommend coming here, and I am definitely coming back!

Ione is the best hair cutter for me and she streaks my hair also. I get many compliments on my hair and I am very very happy with the results. The new salon has a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff are excellent. I love being a customer there, its like being with family. Super happy 😄
