Car happened to break down near Art's so became a new customer by chance. 10/10 service. Fixed everything same day for a fair price. Will be back. Roy was great. Thanks very much for everything.

My car broke down on a Tuesday. Called Art’s on Wednesday and he got me booked in on Thursday. The job (timing belt and water pump) was completed same day by 3pm. Highly recommend! Fast and friendly and honest service!

Took my car in to Art’s Automotive and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to service my car! The crew was awesome, super friendly, and answered all my questions patiently! They gave great advices and treated my car like their own! The owner was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this place! I usually don’t give reviews but the effort and work they put into building such a great rapport with a customer and the quality of work they provide is unlike any other place I’ve been to. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would definitely do it! Once again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THE CREW that works there! Thank you again and I will definitely be back for future services!

Read/skip to the end if you want a road safe vehicle- take it somewhere else. Took my SUV to Arts for years. Had a horrible grinding/high pitch noise coming from my left front wheel. Bad sound over bumps. Took it to arts 3 times, even let them use it to run errands for the shop so the workers could listen for diagnostic purposes.They said they looked at the wheels etc but never saw anything or heard a sound. Still did some work on it though around $700, which never fixed the issue. They said it was perfectly fine to drive on the road. I called back again & the worker said 'oh yeah the car that doesn't make a noise?' Yes, my car which I had recordings of the sound & had multiple friends confirm they could hear it. Still took a chance & brought it to Art's because I'd been going to them for years. They also ran a code reader for an engine light. Told me it was a specific electrical problem. I phoned to arrange to have that fixed & Art answered the phone. Grilled me for asking about it? Asked me why I would even think that was a problem on my car. When I said his workers had told me, he demanded I clarify what garage/address I had gone to & if it was actually his shop. Had never gone anywhere else. Don't go there anymore & recommend no one else does. Took my vehicle to a different shop. Owner said it shouldn't have been driving on the road/was dangerous. The left control arm wasn't even attached, it had separated from it's bushing. Going up on bumps/uneven roads and dropping on the frame because the bushing was worn out- that’s the clunking sound. The shock absorber was corroded - wheel turning sounds. And the springs were destroyed. I don't understand how Art's could have possibly missed that or told me it was fine to drive on. I'm glad I trusted my gut & stopped driving my vehicle until I could arrange to have it in the new shop. New shop figured out what was going on & fixed it in less than 24hrs. Vehicle never made the sound again. Drives better than before.

These people are angles. After having gone to several other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive about 7 or more years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. They did an earlier repair and placed a cheaper part in to save me some money. That part failed and they now replaced it with an original dealer part at no cost! I offered to pay the price difference, but they did not let me. This is more then good service, this is more that sweet, this is beyond my expectations and that is why I say they are angels. Art himself was not even there and also Devon was not working today, but the mechanic on duty did this: fantastic. I feel I can trust Art's Automotive and recommend Art's to anyone.
