I am very impressed with my experience at Arthur Rose. I had a real velvet and silk shirt that needed cleaning and I was recommended to bring it to Arthur Rose. I am so glad it did. Crystal was fantastic when I dropped it off. She walked me throught all of the possible options and outcomes, which allowed me to make an informed decision. The price I paid was incredibly reasonable, especially because of the extra care and attention they took in looking after my shirt. I am so happy with the results and I look forward to bring more garments to them in the future. Thank you again!

They tried multiple times to remove paint stains from the black of my jackets fabric that was rubbed into my jackets leather parts, without charging me extra for each attempt of theirs. I had a "cheap" imitation jacket, so it's quality was understandably far lower than the original it was based off of.

I'm a CF Veteran from North battleford. Drove all the way to drop off blazer. Was greeted with respect and dry cleaning was done efficiently. Good work ladies.

I have been a customer for over 15 years now, and I still use them because I am satisfied. They are friendly and efficient and do a good job at a reasonable price. They also have a tailor if any adjustment is needed. I tried another cleaning service, closer to home at the time, but I opted to go back to Arthur's after trying the other place. Of a note, the other place did close after all.

I left my coat for dry cleaning there. None of the "blemishes"- glitter, white powder on hand cuff - were removed. Pretty sure they just wrapped it in plastic and billed me 46$
