Alex and Gael are incredible! We had them come and remove an ice dam during the massive snowfall this year. They were super easy / smooth to deal with and very professional. Not only did they remove the ice dam, they also cleared the roof of snow and cleared all the ice and debris from the gutters, not an easy task in the sub zero temperatures and not something other groups were able to do. They also installed a de-icing cable. They answered all our questions and overall did a fantastic job - would HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing related work and they'll be our first call in the future

I highly recommend Alex and his team / company -- friendly attitude, great customer service, great job! When (ice-climbing grade) icicles formed on the side of the house and water started coming into the kitchen, I found a few companies online -- Alex was the first one to call back (within an hour) and came pretty quickly to the rescue to removed all the snow (after the 60cm record-breaking snowfall) and ice from the roof to prevent any future formation of dangerous icicles. Subsequently he also cleared the alleyway from all the fallen snow / ice. Alex was very responsive and it was pretty obvious he was very interested in getting our business and getting the job done well and on a timely basis. Thank you, Alex!

Alex and his team have worked on two projects for us, and we're very pleased with both experiences. The first was to replace our eaves; they were super fast (everything done in less than a day!) and very respectful of our space. They cleaned up all the debris and left the place looking great. There's a long warranty on the eaves and workmanship which is comforting. The second experience was an emergency call when we noticed water dripping through our pot lights. Alex responded very quickly and came the next day to inspect the issue--once he determined what was wrong, he was back the next day with his team to fix it. They were fast and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be contacting Alex and Armstrong & Nelson for our next roofing project.

I highly recommend Armstrong & Nelson. They have always showed up as scheduled and done a great job at a reasonable price. I can tell they really care about their clients. I have hired this company several times. They did a fantastic job on my latest project of installing a heatline at my house in Toronto. Last year, there was too much ice building up and on thaws the water was pooling and freezing on my front stairs which was dangerous. Alejandro ensured he came on a day that worked for me and installed the heatline exactly how I wanted it installed. Now I am all set for winter! Thanks again!!

Excellent quick service. I was in a bind as an eavestrough pulled off after the first snow/ice load of the season. Alex was great to deal with, quick on the replies via text, and punctual for the repair. The new eaves and down spout look great, excellent workmanship and fair pricing. Highly recommend!
