Archer Lock Services was fantastic! I called them at 11AM for a quote, they gave me the best price out of anyone I called, they showed up at 2PM and were finished by 2:30PM. Outstanding service. Will certainly be recommending them to everyone in the future!

Archer Lock Services were incredible. We had an emergency on a Saturday where someone was stuck inside an apartment due to a faulty lock. They arrived within the hour and handled everything professionally. They worked quickly, cleanly, and safely, and released the person without causing any damage. Highly recommended for any emergency situation.

Firstly, just want to say that I love being able to schedule over text messaging. Recently, I moved into a new place and I needed to change my key code. I’ve only ever used traditional keys and didn’t know where to start. They were very prompt to answer and schedule a time to visit, and spend the time to thoroughly explain the keypad - how to reprogram and what to do about low battery, etc. I will definitely call Archer lock services again in the future!

A great experience with Archer Lock Services! I had a Schlage Encode remote locking system that was not working, the keypad would not light up. The app showed me that I still had battery power but the keypad was not responding. Alex answered my call quickly. On site, he was very professional and assessed the situation quickly - which meant i needed to get a new lock. I ran off to get the new lock, and he went off to wait to hear from me. After I returned with the new lock, he had it installed in 20 minutes, and didn’t charge me extra time. Excellent experience, and great value. Definitely putting this one in to my phone contacts! Thank you again Alex! You were a life saver!
