Had one of the best visits to the dentist ever! The whole team at Apple Dental went out of their way to make sure my experience was amazing! The new patient exam was comprehensive and educated me on some potential areas of concern I had not been made aware of in the past with previous dentists. My hygiene appointment was thorough and they used all the latest technology. Would definitely recommend Dr. Shewchuk and the entire team at Apple Dental Care if you are looking for a great dentist!

Beware of questionable work practices. I came to this clinic a few times, I had fillings done by one dentist and then another which I feel is problematic. After receiving fillings, I immediately expressed concerns before even leaving the chair. I was told by the assistant to “wait and see” because my mouth was frozen—despite the fact that I’ve had extensive dental work in the past and know when something feels wrong. I returned shortly after, and instead of addressing the issue, I was spoken to in a condescending and lecturing manner about “respect” in a little small room and how seriously the dentist takes her work. It felt unprofessional and dismissive of a legitimate concern. Another issue was that two different dentists were working on my mouth, each with noticeably different “techniques”. The second dentist used an excessive number of instruments that caused cuts inside my cheek and made the procedure very uncomfortable. I later went to another dentist for a second opinion. They confirmed that the fillings done at Apple Dental had to be completely redone. There were visible gaps left between my teeth with food being trapped to cause more issues, areas where old filling material had not been removed, and inconsistent color and texture where new material was simply placed over old work in a rush. I also have photos documenting the issues these below of the X-rays I took at the new dentist. These photos are of apple dental “finished work”. At this point in time I've had two fillings redone and possible root canal needed because of apple dental practices... I’ve since had the work corrected elsewhere. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend caution before choosing this clinic. Don't be surprised if there is a response to this review under this since they sat me down to lecture me about the faulty work they believed was correctly done ..

Just had my cleaning at Apple Dental with the amazing Courtney. She was friendly, thorough, abd made the appointment fly by. If you need a cleaning, definitely ask for her! She's awesome, as are all the staff at Apple Dental.

I've been to several dental clinics over the years and Apple stands out in many ways. Profesional in all aspects of service, attention and client care. Everything is explained step by step. Dr. Vanessa is very thorough in her exam and feedback. Courtney was amazing with my cleaning and advice on post cleaning care. Top notch overall.

Simply an incredible all-round team at Apple Dental. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient-focused and great at what they do. Every visit is a pleasurable experience. I couldn't recommend Apple Dental and the staff more highly.
