From the very first appointment, she takes the time to get to know you, not just as a client, but as a person; and really listens to your hair goals and concerns. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and refreshingly honest about what’s realistic for your hair type and condition, which I deeply appreciate. What sets her apart is how much she prioritizes hair health while still delivering beautiful results. She also understands that I like to wear my hair both curly and blown out, and she cuts it in a way that looks amazing either way, a rare talent! I always leave her chair feeling confident, cared for, and grateful to have found her.

I adore getting my hair done by Pam! She's cut and coloured my hair for a few years now and I'm so grateful I found her. She listens to my half-formed ideas and is honest about what is possible for my hair type (or current state of my hair, ha!). Plus, the overall experience itself is lovely - there is coffee and snacks and we always have a good laugh. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve been seeing Pam for all my hair needs for about 10 years now and she is nothing short of amazing. I have dark Asian hair and she has made all my hair dreams come true throughout the years as she’s taken me to warmer caramel tones, to blonde, and fun vivid colours! I have complete trust in Pam when it comes to my hair which gives me the confidence to have more fun with my hair and explore different styles and colours!
