5 stars easy. Super clean, great equipment, and the vibe is really solid. The staff are chill and it never feels awkward training here. Definitely my go-to spot in Kelowna. 5/5 would 100% recommend!

This gym is incredible! Very clean, state of the art equipment, and not crowded. I did a few personal training sessions with Ahmed and he corrected my form and ensured I was lifting safely even with my injuries. Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a space to hone in on their fitness goals.

Gym is private. Clean, quiet space. Gym has all the equipment for novice and advanced levels of fitness experience. Equipment is new and in good working order. Will come back again when in town

Amazing gym with an even better atmosphere. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping members reach their goals. You can really feel the positive energy and community here - whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel right at home. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to level up their fitness in a great environment.
