all the bars and handles all have no rubber tetanus central and dirty handles don’t match ,Work crew comes in and works 30 mins then cooks food makes gym smell like a restaurant who does that in a gym !!! Been in gyms in 3rd world countries cleaner then this place

The most recent change in ownership has been great. The new owner and staff are amazing. There is a variety of equipment and the place is never overcrowded. The owner also really values feedback. I have provided feedback regarding deep cleaning the gym more often and lately, I have had no complaints regarding the cleanliness! I notice a lot of the other reviews mention struggles with other members, but that would definitely be difficult to police as the gym is not staffed 24 hours. I have been a member of multiple gyms over the last 20 years including running my personal training business out of some, and I am very happy with the current state of this location. I have only noticed damaged equipment once, and I let the owner know. He fixed it before I even finished my workout that day. Additionally, I thought I left my earbuds there (mom brain), not only did the staff thoroughly search for me (including lockers), when the owner was on site that evening, he even went through the camera footage for me. I definitely recommend this location.

DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION: They charged my card (even though I am no longer a member or have even stepped foot into the gym in years) because someone’s name was “Similar” to mine, best part? No refund. Where are the checks and balances? Where is even checking “is this a right person” I have Been waiting 2 days for a call back. I have filed a police report because this is sketchy. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR INFO!!

Compared to other locations this one could use some work. One of the things that I have noticed is that there bathrooms need some serious attention. Black flies throughout the shower stalls is gross and the vents need a serious cleaning as well. Additionally the black mold on the shower curtains is a bit much. Finally, several machines have been out of service for sometime now (elliptical and now a stationary bike), when you consider the size of the gym, two machines being down is quite a lot. Overall the gym is very chill, and quiet, when I go (5-6 am) there is hardly anyone there, and those that are there, for the most part are very friendly. The equipment is newer and overall well-maintained, however this will be a test of time I feel, as it breaks down will it be repaired right away??? Time will tell.

This business is actively scamming me. There's never any staff on site. I've been trying for a month to cancel my membership, my two year term is over, and they've been giving me the runaround now that I've told them I would like to stop giving them free money for a membership I do not use. Worst experience I've ever had with a business, period. I do not just mean gyms. This is THE WORST BUSINESS I have ever dealt with. I had to change all of my banking information because they do not follow Canadian and Albertan laws in regards to preauthorized debits. For your own financial safety, stay as far away from this business as you can.
