Great service! Have a daughter in university In Saskatoon and I live 3 hrs away. She had issues with her car that I thought was a transmission problem. Called Andersons and they took care of the towing and diagnostics of the problem. Had her car up and running again in less then 24 hrs. Very honest about what they found and fixed. Never been there but definitely top notch service! I would definitely recommend!

I needed a plug end replaced on my under-the-hood-mounted trickle charger that had snapped in the cold. When I called them, the office manager (?) (a younger guy) was really nice and was able to get me in later that afternoon. They replaced the plug while I waited, and Corey (one of the owners) suggested a solution to avoid this problem in the future. I came back the next day with the part, and he had his tech rig it up for me at no extra charge. Much appreciated!!! It was a simple enough thing that I could have done myself, but when you don't have a garage and it's -30c these "simple" things become a real pain. I also now have peace of mind that it's done correctly. This was my first time at the shop, and overall it was a great experience. They seem like a nice group of guys.

The short answer is Yes! Son is in Uni and had some truck trouble. Called around to a couple other garages and everyone recommended calling Anderson’s. Booked it in, although it took some time to get it in, they worked with me to get my son’s truck running so we didn’t have to worry about his commute home. They explain the need to haves and the maintenance issue they found. Both Cory and Jordan were outstanding to work with, I asked a couple questions and they either knew the answer or got it from the tech! They could have taken advantage of us being a province away but they didn’t. So would I use them again? yes Would I wait to get a truck into them again? yes Would I recommend someone to them? yes

I reached out to Corey last week as they have serviced and inspected my car the last 5 yrs. I have never been so offended by his response to me. I told him what the problem was. Now I am not sure if he responded due to personal bias or bc I am a woman, but this is an FYI for all. I was advised to take my car that they are familiar with to the dealership. I contacted the dealership, and by the time they were done quoting me; the cost to repair my car was close to $1,700. The problem was the ignition cylinder which I advised Corey it was as they key would not turn in the ignition. I decided to look at you tube to see how complex it would be to repair as I can not afford $1700 and a 6 week wait to have a car.. I followed the you tube instructions. It took me less then 16 min to take out the paneling and remove the ignition cylinder. I took the ignition cylinder to a lock smith and they rekeyed the cylinder for $44 and in 2 hours. I brought the repaired cylinder back to my home and installed in less then 6 min. Going back to Corey's advise, this repair would've cost over $1700 and 6 weeks without a car. Anderson's chose to not listen to me even though I knew what the diagnosis was and they are very familiar with my car. What reputable mechanic would recommend taking your vehicle to a dealership instead of taking a moment to look at the car to see how easy the fix was. To write this review, I had to give at least a 1 star which is far too generous for the lack of service I received. For future customers be cautious.
