Dr. Banerjee aka Dr. Deb is a true perfectionist and the only dentist I would ever recommend to anyone. Her patience, care, empathy and expertise together rebuilt my teeth and confidence. I don’t recommend this place. When I booked my appointment, I was told that with full coverage under my Endurance insurance, I would not need to pay anything, or that any payment would be minimal. Before starting the treatment, I specifically asked again if my insurance covered 100%, and I was told yes. However, after the treatment was completed, I was informed that I needed to pay. This was unexpected and disappointing, as the information I received before the treatment was inconsistent with what I was told afterward.

They’re always very kind and genuinely want you to get the care you need. They’ve always been incredibly accommodating and never made me feel guilty about my sometimes poor hygiene habits. They’re just professional and get the job done. I would always recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a patient at Altima Dental for over five years now, and I can’t say enough good things—especially about my dental hygienist, Alison Brown. Alison is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly caring, gentle, and genuinely passionate about what she does. From the moment I started seeing her, she took the time to understand my unique concerns, especially my tendency to get canker sores after dental work. Cleanings used to leave me anxious about the aftermath, but with Alison, that worry is completely gone. She’s so meticulous and careful with my gums that I haven’t had a single flare-up since switching to her care. On top of that, she’s constantly teaching me new, evidence-based oral hygiene tips that I’ve never heard from anyone else. You can really tell she stays up to date with the latest in dental health, and she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and actually helps me maintain better habits at home.
