Just put our beautiful fur baby of 18 yrs down. The staff & Dr were accommodating and compassionate in every aspect. We were seen straight away ,had time to spend with our Quila and not rushed in anyway. Certainly a visit no one hopes for. Thankyou for your compassion shown on such sad occasion. We would not hesitate to recommend your clinic

Alpine Pet Hospital was great. They had Steel in and out quickly. He's a very shy little guy and they could see that and were very patient with him. It took a few times to get his weight but to them it just seemed like it was no problem at all. Thanks for making sure Steel was comfortable!

Dr Radka and the entire staff were great. We arrived and were looked after with an in depth discussion on treatment plan very quickly. All the steps were taken and completed so that my Alice was able to have quite urgent surgery the same afternoon. Everyone there was so caring and empathetic. It was quite a stressful time for me and the entire staff was very accommodating in so many ways. It was made very clear to me that I can call them at any time to ask anything. The Doctor(s) themselves called me several times with updates. There wasn’t anything else that Alice and I could have asked for!! Thanks to all of you! Update: we went for a recheck tonight since our pup was deteriorating. Dr Andrew Toma showed us such incredible compassion it made me cry. I was so grateful when the situation was so extremely difficult for us. Xoxo to him❤️

I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at Alpine 24/7 Pet Hospital for the extraordinary, around-the-clock care they provided to my dog, Josie. She was diagnosed with parvovirus and required two plasma transfusions along with seven days of hospitalization, and every single doctor and staff member who cared for her went above and beyond. From the moment we walked through the doors, I felt supported, informed, and truly cared for. The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated—constantly monitoring her progress, adjusting her treatment plan, and keeping me updated during one of the most stressful experiences a pet owner can go through. The veterinary technicians and support staff treated Josie as if she were their own, showing her so much kindness and comfort during her recovery. Thanks to their skill, teamwork, and unwavering commitment, Josie was able to fight through a very serious illness. I will forever be grateful for the exceptional care she received. Thank you, Alpine 24/7, for giving my girl a fighting chance and for being there every hour of every day when she needed you most. Your team is truly incredible.
