Brought in my hyundai Tuscon for a bunch of work. It needed a new pcv valve and I had the part and asked if they could switch it for me. I was going to do it myself because it's so quick and easy but decided to just get everything done. Having removed, inspected and reinstalled the old one, I knew it was a 5 min job max. I asked them to do it for me when I dropped off the vehicle. I failed to discuss labor. They charged me 140$. For a pcv valve. 1h of labor for a 5 min job. On a $1200 invoice. I asked about it and they said it could take that long. I dont understand how, but ok. It felt really unecessary and weird. I brought the part. I was willing to pay some labor but it's literally a 2-5 min swap. I think a lot of other shops would have just done it for free.

The most honest place to take your car. I've been taking my Outback there for a few years, and the service is always friendly and incredibly honest. I was recently told elsewhere that I need to replace my tires, and Allmakes told me I have tons of tread left on both sets of tires.

I have been taking my Subarus to Allmakes for over 10 years now and can’t recommend them enough. They are honest, fair and just overall very nice people. My husband and parents take their cars there too and feel the same way. Highly recommend.

This place was recommended to me a couple of years ago. I finally had the need to experience Allmakes Auto Repair for myself. Very happy with the level of customer service...very responsive. Happy with the repair work done and their rates. They do not try to sell you on a bunch of other things. They stick to the task and get the job done correctly the first time. I felt they were kind, courteous and transparent. I was treated with respect and so was my vehicle. I will be calling again, for any future vehicle needs. Thank you! The high rating for this shop is well deserved. I needed a Subaru manual transmission rebuild and the team at Allmakes took on the job. They provided me with options, handled the rebuild in a timely fashion and the final cost was significantly less than the other quotes I received. Excellent shop with expert-level technical knowledge. Give this place your business, you won't be unhappy.
