Couple weeks ago I had my windshield defogger fixed by Tyrel then after that It works good, my windshield is not freezing anymore driving in winter. Last weekends my family and I went to Lake Louise and Banff then all of a sudden while driving on the freeway my check engine light turned on so I went to the mechanic in Banff and they said the spark plugs has to be changed as soon as possible. I phoned All Repair Red Deer and Skye answered my call and booked me right away on Monday, I dropped by my car at 04:15pm then they phoned me at 08:50pm and it's done ready to go, they worked double time just to fixed it, that was impressive. I don't know any auto mechanic here in Red Deer I'm just a new kid in town. They are highly recommended, fair enough for the price, free shuttle and most of all they are friendly. Merci beaucoup!👍

Just before Christmas I ran into some truck problems. Perfect time to have truck problems. My truck was overheating and I located a steady leak of coolant. I had a water pump and pipe seal leak in my ford f-150. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. They took the time to thoroughly explain every issue with my vehicle in a way that actually made sense. I really appreciated how honest and detailed they were about what needed to be done and why. What impressed me the most was how they managed to fit me in just before Christmas, when everyone knows how busy shops are. They went out of their way to help me during a busy time. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the community. They provided me with lots of updates through email to keep me in the loop on when it would be finished. You can tell this is a shop that genuinely looks out for people, especially over the holidays. The work was done professionally, on time, and at a fair price. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop. this is the place to go. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Great great people!! Came in with a derated work truck. They got me in, and showed me what was going on. Let me know roughly how long it would take and offered a shuttle. Tyrel let me know he was going to do everything to get me back on the road that day ( I'm an oversize load escort and needed to get back to the load ). He came threw and I got back on the road that evening. Great dude highly recommend!

I recently had a breakdown of my GMC Sierra. It suddenly died as I was driving along. I contacted All Repair Red Deer and spoke to the owner Tyrel and told him what had happened. Tyrel took matters into his own hands and arranged for the truck to be towed using a service that he was familiar with. I received my estimate by email very quickly and as expected, the fuel pump was at fault. I also wanted a few other issues looked after. I agreed to the work estimate and the work was completed very quickly. I was in the following day to pay for and pick up my truck. All was good and the work completed was very satisfactory to me. The next day while driving to work, the truck would not come out of drive and I was stuck. Couldn't put the truck into gear and because I had shut the truck off, I could not restart it. So I contacted Tyrel and told him what had happened. He said he would come to me to see what was happening. He arrived within 30 minutes and crawled underneath the truck to have a look. Turns out the shift cable had come undone from the transmission. A pinch with a set of pliers later and the truck was able to shift out of Drive and into all the other gears once again. I do not hold All Repair responsible for the transmission problem in any way. The truck is an older model and has had minimal maintenance. Stuff happens. The fact that Tyrel went out of his way, days before Christmas, when I know the shop was busy, speaks volumes about their professionalism and top-notch customer service. On top of that, Tyrel refused my offer to pay him for the roadside repair. I will be going in to get a new bushing installed to ensure the problem does not happen again. All Repair is my go-to for all things maintenance on my truck from here on out. They are true professionals and do not try to gouge people. This was my second time getting work done with this shop and the first time was no less impressive. I highly recommend this businesses to anyone that wants to find a reputable mechanic/repair shop for their vehicle maintenance. Thanks again, All Repair Red Deer. Well done! 10/10.

So, recently I got myself into a bit of trouble. On a parking lot I accidentally put the car in D instead of R in my 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan and hit a concrete parking barrier. The lower part of the front bumper was damaged and I ended up hitting the ATF cooler, causing a transmission fluid leak. I panicked at first, but luckily I was smart enough not to drive the car anymore and left it parked. The next day I visited several shops with photos of the damage, and All Repair Red Deer was the only shop that actually took the time to carefully look at the photos, ask the right questions, and provide me with a written paper estimate. They checked OEM parts, printed the estimate, and explained everything clearly. After I brought the car in, they were very honest and upfront. They told me they would inspect everything, take photos, and call me if they found anything else — which I really appreciated. The car was finished in about a week, and the final price was only slightly higher than the estimate, mainly because the car had lost more transmission fluid than we initially thought. Even then, the price was very fair. Also worth mentioning: they secured my front bumper back in place using zip ties and fasteners so I could safely drive the car, and they didn’t charge me anything extra for that. Small things like this really show honesty and care for the customer. The service was friendly, professional, and honest — especially considering that I’m a new driver, a new customer, and most of my car knowledge comes from ChatGPT, lol. I’m very glad I found this shop and I can confidently recommend All Repair Red Deer to anyone.
