They installed a new furnace for us under an insurance claim. The new furnace install went well and they did a good job. However, when we went to turn our air conditioner on in the spring, turns out they didn’t actually hook our air conditioner up because we didn’t have enough wires and instead of telling us the problem when we had it installed, they just walked away from the problem without letting us know

We have had All Premium multiple times in our home, they have installed new water lines, serviced our old airconditioner and replaced it with a new one once Dave advised us against continually paying to repair the old unit. When our hot water tank blew All Premium came that same day and installed a new one. When our furnace went down in a recent cold snap Dave was there the same day to repair it and made sure we had a heated home. When we continue on with renovations, you can bet your bottom dollar we will be using All-Premium. We cannot recommend them enough.

Thank you for the work! All Premium was on time, efficient and did great work. I felt informed about the work being done. I should say their quote was less than other businesses but provided more information along with Brittany and then David answering all my question s the proudly. Everyone I dealt with made me feel comfortable. They cleaned up after themselves- I think the space was actually cleaner after they left. AND they did the rebate paperwork for me! I have already recommended All Premium to several people! My only regret was not calling them sooner!

All Premium was referred to me. They were fast installing my furnace when it was -30's. Very informative with there products. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable and quick to reply. I was very happy with the service they provided.

They know their stuff. When they installed my furnace and a/c, they were all very focused on the job. Not constantly talking about their weekend as many contractors that have been to my house. They did a fine job - good workmanship, curtious staff, and actually cleaned up all their mess. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
