NuHome did a great job on our siding. From initial inspection, to planning, to execution, everyone was super knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They had the whole project done within a week and it looks beautiful. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

FIVE STARs: Kelly with his team in the field as well as Breanne in the office provided exceptional service. In particular where my roofing job had some abnormal challenges Kelly offered very practical and affordable choices. He truly gave the impression that it was his own roof and wallet when we discussed things. I would highly recommend anyone to at least include Alfa Roofing as one of your quotes. Steve

We have had a mixed and frustrating experience with Alfa throughout the entire process. In the end, it did all end up working out. I first contacted Alfa back in January 2024 to help with an insurance hail claim. We were interested in replacing our roofing and our old, aging vinyl siding with new Hardie board. They were super responsive and helpful in supporting our claim through insurance. We agreed on a final scope and a reasonable cost in June 2024. The work ended up being split up - the roofing and the siding. The roofing was completed fairly quickly in November 2024. The siding replacement was more frustrating. I asked for an update on schedule every month or two for the next year and often did not receive a reply or was told that work should be starting soon. It was frustrating to not have any idea about when the work would be done and we were completely left in the dark. We were in a dilemma - we signed a contract, but should we find a different contractor and have to restart the entire process and risk a significant increase in price? Or should we stay with Alfa and just wait? We decided to wait for Alfa and they did eventually complete the work in Oct-Nov 2025, and honoring our original contract and price. The 1.5 year wait and the lack of communication was very, very frustrating, and we would have appreciated more communication and transparency. But in the end, we are really happy with how the Hardie board installation ended up. Thanks Alfa!

We recently had exterior insurance work completed by Alfa after a major hailstorm, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. What started as a stressful situation turned into a genuinely positive experience thanks to their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. We decided to upgrade from vinyl to Hardie siding, and Alfa made the whole transition seamless. They also worked directly with our insurance company and were able to secure additional supplements on the initially approved scope, ensuring that every bit of hail damage was properly repaired — something we truly appreciated. The work itself was completed in a timely manner, and the communication throughout was absolutely flawless. Our salesman, Kelly, and our project director, Breanne, were outstanding. Breanne went above and beyond by providing renderings of our home with different siding and roof colours, helping us confidently choose our final look. We ended up selecting dual black shingles and iron grey siding, and we are SO thrilled with how everything turned out. The crews who worked on our home were professional, friendly, and respectful every step of the way. Our new siding, roof, and upgraded windows look incredible — the transformation is amazing. Thank you, Alfa, for making this entire experience smooth and stress-free. We absolutely love the finished product… and hopefully we don’t see another hailstorm next summer!

Our home was damaged during the summer 2024 hail storm, and unfortunately, our insurance company left us with no adjuster or did not recommend any contractors. After extensive research through Best Business Bureau (BBB) and online reviews, we found Alfa Roofing and we are so glad that we did. From my first phone call with Terri at reception, to initial inspection with Kelly the owner, to overall project coordination and communication with Breanne the project manager, to each of the crew leads and crew member, our experience with Alfa was excellent across the board. Everyone involved was professional, detail oriented, and committed to the quality. Breanne was especially responsive, any questions and concerns we had were always responded with prompt and thorough replies which really did give us an overall stress-free experience throughout the project. Being working in the construction industry ourselves, we have high expectations and pay close attention to details. Any deficiencies (which were very few ) that we pointed out to Alfa were addressed quickly and professional. We had concern about the cladding replacement and Alfa definitely took our concerns seriously. The crew lead walked through the issue and discussed our concerns and re-do all the cladding to ensure it met our expectations. We were very pleased how they handled the situation and appreciated taken our concern seriously. Another example was that the gutter crew came in and saw that the existing gutter (that wasn’t part of the hail damaged scope) were too flat and caused leaking and ponding on our patio and insist on helping us rearranged the gutter properly and fixed the slope and leak. It wasn’t anything big that would cost us extra, but their initiative and pride in doing things the right way really stood out. Alfa Roofing handled everything from the initial hail damage assessment, provide detailed reporting for our insurance claim, to managing the full scope of repairs including full roof replacement, gutters, siding, cladding, and vinyl weld repairs. Their coordination and their workmanship were outstanding in every part of the project. We highly recommend Alfa Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor.
