I don't write reviews often, but my recent experience with Air Tech was deserving of one. They went above and beyond to help us out during the busiest time of year, and we were beyond grateful for their help. Our gas furnace had quit on us over this past weekend. We knew it was on its last legs, but had been hoping we could make it through to the spring and finally get it replaced. Unfortunately, life had different plans. Our furnace totally quit on us, and being our only heat source we needed it dealt with fast with the cold weather incoming. We called Air Tech on saturday, and were met with kindness, politeness, and above all, CARE over the phone!! The lovely lady we spoke with reassured us that they would make time for us, despite the Christmas rush and it being a saturday. Within one hour, we had a technician show up to our door and diagnose the problem. He was prompt to assess the damage, punctual in his timeline, and once again, friendly and caring, which means a lot when you are in a very stressful situation. The technicians gave us clear communication throughout his diagnosis and took the time to explain what was wrong, which we really appreciated. He gave us an option for repair, but did mention the old age of the furnace as well as the inefficiency due to its age. Based off of our lovely experience with Air Tech so far, we trusted them to provide us with a fair quote on a new furnace and AC unit. We had been quoted for replacement previously by another company, and Air Tech not only BEAT their price, but threw in a free one year service and filter replacement!! The install team showed up the FOLLOWING WEEK. They were friendly and highly professional. You could tell they were skilled at what they do, and quite honestly, they made the whole job feel like a breeze. They took the time and care to leave their work areas cleaner than they had been before, they showed up every day ready to work and worked hard to get the job done. I really appreciate it guys. Our new furnace is quiet, efficient. We feel fully confident in our heating system going into the winter, and our cooling system for the got months to follow. We are beyond grateful for the team at Air Tech for showing classy old fashioned customer service, fair pricing, and accommodating our needs during this stressful time. You can tell everyone that works there is well taken care of and enjoys what they do, and that makes all the difference. We cant thank you all enough! Will definately recommend to friends and family and use them again in the future.

We have just had a hot water tank installed by Air Tech in Vernon. Service was very good. One person stands out for being very pleasant and informative on the telephone. She always sounds so cheerful. Her name is Allie.

We had the good fortune of having Ryan M. answer the service call for our air conditioner and furnace this morning. He was technically excellent, very professional, and incredibly personable. He even ingratiated himself with our enthusiastic German Shepherd. We happily signed up for annual maintenance with Air Tech, and we will be certain to request Ryan M. in the future. We cannot recommend Ryan M. more highly.
