These guys are the best Mech in Victoria. Reasonable pricing and honest and polite service. Been using them for almost 10 years, always very happy with the work.

I called to get an appointment for a fairly large job. After getting my appointment, I dropped my vehicle off but when I called for an update I was told it was a large job and would take longer than expected, that I would get an update the following day as the mechanic left for the afternoon. After not hearing from them the whole morning after, I called back around 11, and I was told that the car just had came in the shop and it would be at least another 2-3 days before it gets ready as the mechanic had to switch between 2-3 larger jobs. I told them to put everything back together that I'd go somewhere else. They give you wrong information, doesn't respect their appointment slot and leave you without a car for longer than agreed on. The only positive is that I didn't have to argue to get my keys and leave without having to pay anything.

I had an amazing experience at Advance Auto and highly recommend! As someone who doesn't have a lot of knowledge about maintenance and mechanics, I was looking for a shop that I could trust and feel comfortable bringing my car to. Ken had great communication and took the time to answer my questions and explain all aspects of the service with photos to reference. He provided a detailed quote of future service with pricing that is very fair and less than expected. After my appointment one of the mechanics offered to back my car out of the tight lot and turn it around for me. I felt taken care of and all of the small things added up to exceptional customer service. I look forward to bringing my car in for future service. Thank you Ken and Advance Auto!
