Great dental office! Friendly office manager always takes care of the reimbursement submissions efficiently and at every visit the hygienist is gentle and there’s no pain. Convenient location and hours as well.

Have been coming here for 8 years, amazing service. Hygienists are consistent. Have had fillings put in recently and barely felt anything during the procedure. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend this clinic, these are the main reasons in my experience (Nov 2025)
1 - They do not do pre-determination ahead of time even if insurance information is provided to them. You run a risk of being surprised with the items/procedures they attempt to charge you AFTER your appointment.
2 - Their phone does not work, goes straight to voice mail. For some reason it does not phaze their receptionist that there are no phone calls? I was sitting at the front for 15 mins and zero calls. When I brought this up with the receptionist, she plainly denied it even after I called the number in front of her.
3 - Condesending tone and manner of communication is not of a pleasant medical professional. "are you following?" while blinding you with the light didn't feel professional.

My husband and I are visiting Toronto from the US. While traveling, one of my teeth broke. I called Adelaide Dental, and received an appointment right away. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the dentist and staff. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour, and the price was very reasonable!

July 2025 Review - This clinic failed me on every level—clinically, ethically, and professionally.
After receiving multiple cavity fillings at this clinic, I began experiencing pain and returned for a follow-up. Instead of properly investigating, the attending dentist (Dr. Keem) dismissed my concerns entirely and shifted the blame to my wisdom teeth. He either deliberately misled me or was grossly incompetent. The real issue was right there in the X-ray—which my new dentist pointed out immediately after I switched providers.
That X-ray (attached) shows two critical problems:
One filling was poorly done, leaving an open gap where bacteria could easily enter. This is a clear sign of negligent workmanship.
Another filling was placed far too close to the nerve, which led to an active infection and now requires a root canal—something entirely preventable with proper care.
Let me be clear: I do not blame the original dentist (Roya) who did the fillings. She performed five in one sitting, and while not perfect, she was professional and did her best. My issue is with the follow-up dentist, who didn’t just overlook the problem—he ignored it, gaslighted me, and made me feel foolish for asking legitimate questions about my own health.
This kind of carelessness isn’t just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. When a patient raises a concern and is met with arrogance instead of proper diagnosis, that’s a failure of ethics, not just competence.
What adds insult to injury is the fact that since switching dentists and raising these concerns publicly, the clinic has remained completely silent. No apology. No ownership. Not even a basic acknowledgment of the issue. That silence speaks louder than any scripted reply ever could. It tells you exactly how much they care once they’ve been paid: not at all.
I will be reporting this case, with documentation, to the appropriate dental regulatory board. This kind of negligence and unprofessional behavior should not be allowed to continue unchecked.
If you are a current patient or considering becoming one, I urge you to think twice.
Do not mistake a nice office or a friendly front desk for competent care.
Do not assume that if something goes wrong, they will stand behind their work.
They won’t.

Dr. Roya Mohammadi
Dr. Roya is truly exceptional. She filled five cavities—including deep ones near my wisdom teeth—in one focused, nearly three-hour session. Her precision, calm demeanor, and clear communication made it one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. She worked with care, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish. I left feeling confident, well cared for, and incredibly grateful.
Dr. William KangHyun Keem
In sharp contrast, my follow-up with Dr. Keem was frustrating and dismissive. I returned with pain weeks after the fillings, and instead of thoroughly examining the area, he fixated on my wisdom tooth and discouraged an X-ray. I had to insist—only to find there was no issue with the wisdom tooth at all. Worse, he never examined the actual tooth causing the pain and dismissed my concerns entirely. Even a simple bite check was rushed.
I walked in with discomfort and walked out without a diagnosis, resolution, or even a basic level of care. The experience felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional.
✔️ Highly recommend Dr. Roya for her skill, compassion, and dedication.
❌ Do not recommend Dr. Keem based on my experience with his lack of attention and follow-through.
