We have always been very happy with the service we have received from ACX Kavia (formerly Kavia). We are very happy with the work that was done on our vehicle and our vehicle was returned to us within the time period promised. The customer service is excellent, the staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. We will definitely use ACX Kavia if or when required in the future. And would highly recommend to friends and family.

Highly recommend ACX Kavia! Great staff! Friendly and kept us well informed as to when the truck would be ready. It was ready sooner than expected. Truck looks like new again. Detailing inside was great!

The most polite and efficient people in the industry. The gold standard for customer service. The accident was my fault; and yet Kavia paid for an Uber to get me home after I dropped my vehicle off and to pick me up when it was ready. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out and (bonus) I was sent on my way with a smile and a box of Girl Guide Cookies!

Amazing customer service, fantastic work, communication was amazing from start to finish and my suv came out looking brand new like the day I bought it. Would highly recommend anyone needing a great auto body shop to choose kavia. Amazing experience will be returning in the future if I ever need work done on my vehicle.
