I would recommend this clinic to a friend or family member for physio treatment. It is a positive and supportive environment - an overall great experience when recovering from injuries. Thank you Riley and the great intern student(s) I’ve worked with at the clinic for helping me.

I love the welcoming environment at Active Physio Works. I always feel welcome when going in for any treatment. Sydney is a wonderful massage therapist. She is knowledgeable, helpful and makes you feel comfortable! She goes out of her way to make her space calming and serene which adds to the experience. By far the best massage I've ever received!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic receiving physiotherapy after my car accident. Riley was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my recovery. They carefully guided me through each step of the treatment, ensuring I understood the exercises and techniques needed to regain strength and mobility. Thanks to Riley’s expertise and support, I was able to recover much faster than I expected. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Riley for anyone in need of physiotherapy.

I want to sincerely acknowledge the outstanding care I received at this physiotherapy clinic. When I first arrived, my shoulder and later my back injuries were causing significant pain and mobility challenges. After trying several other clinics, the focused time spent directly with the therapist here made all the difference. The hands-on alignment work, needling therapy, and holistic realignment approach led to noticeable improvement in my mobility, posture, and overall function. I experienced real progress and am truly grateful for the care and expertise provided. Highly recommended. I will be returning for regular tune-ups to support long-term alignment and function.

I started to see Alyssa (Aly) in the summer to treat some persistent foot pain. My husband and I had a big trip planned for six weeks out so time was short and need was high. I was able to get in for an assessment with Aly and she very quickly and accurately determined we were dealing with a Morton’s neuroma in my right foot. Now that the injury had a name, we could develop a treatment plan. I met with Aly weekly leading up to our trip. I saw a huge improvement right away, with the most notable changes happening after the first few sessions. I continued to see small incremental improvements weekly and was sure to do my exercises between visits to maintain the progress. My husband and I had a great trip to Rome and besides the normal fatigue from 25,000 steps per day, I managed to make it through relatively pain free. The neuroma didn’t cause any issues at all, and I’ve remained mostly comfortable since returning home. I have kept up the exercises Aly recommended and will continue to do so to avoid recurrence. I don’t think I need to visit the clinic again for this issue, but they will be my first call if I encounter any other issues that physiotherapy could solve. Thanks so much for your help!
