The amount of follow up that I have had to do, to see where an exterior door is and why it's late has been crazy. I understand they are at the mercy of the Manufacturer, but I also know they have the power to rush orders. I have had to take days off work to have a door installed, only for the door to arrive without the hardware, now one month later with promises of hardware being delivered in 2 weeks with it being pushed to the next 2 weeks and the next each time, I am still waiting. I would suggest if you are buying something from Masonite through Active Exteriors, think twice as I feel like the interactions the company has with their Manufacturer in order to keep their customers happy is almost non-existent. Unfortunately I can't find a way to leave Masonite a review, but I hope this review will motivate the upper management at Active Exteriors to sit down with their counterparts at Masonite and maybe clarify their client requirements and the Quality of the work shipped to them.

This company was coordinating a new door installation that was ordered mid April. I was assured that the door would be installed prior to having to leave for work mid June. The door was not installed until the end of July, despite the fact that it had arrived in the warehouse end of May. Blame was placed on the installer and that delays are imminent in construction. Absolutely unacceptable to have a simple door installation delayed by more than six weeks.

Replaced the siding on my home and did an absolutely spectacular job at a fair price. The entire experience was fantastic; from office staff to tradesman on site. What a pleasure and surprise to deal with super happy, friendly and skilled tradespeople, these guys were beyond amazing. Will highly recommend these folks to family and friends without hesitation. What a breath of fresh air!

Thank you Active Exteriors for making my home beautiful again. The staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction despite the difficulties of getting supplies which is totally out of their control. The excellent quality windows were installed in very professional and timely manner. They made sure everything lined up and looked good. John's siding crew did an awesome job in the sweltering heatwaves. They were very professional and courteous answering all questions about the Hardie Board siding with patience and knowledge. Claude's painting excellence was the icing on the cake. He did everything with pride paying attention to the details. His experience truly shows through in the results.

Active Exteriors replaced all 14 windows in my home, my entire roof from pine shingles to ash fault shingles and all my eves troughs. I was charged exactly what i was quote, workmanship was excellent. The installation process went very smooth with almost no issues. We had one minor issue after the work was done but James attended to the issue within a day and have not had any issues since. i am super happy with the roof and especially the new windows, no more cold draft coming through nor any moisture build up.
