Action Sewer & Drain went above and beyond and I can not recommend them enough. We live out of town and when we called on Sunday to report our sewer backing up they were at our house first thing on Monday morning. Our plumber was knowledgeable and assisted us in working with our Town to solve our issue. When it was discovered the plug as on the Town property they informed us they would work with the Town directly regarding the resolution of the bill. Highly recommend! 5 Stars. A+++++

Having a plumber go to our Special needs child's apartment and asking $ for a broken toilet? Nice company you run. When I asked for photo proof of suppose items flushed/stuck in toilet you have no response? Really. Siding with a slum lord? Ill share this forever. Awesome policy. When I asked why you wouldn't document your findings the owner told me because the landlord told me not to? So a grown man running a legitimate business doesnt have any common sense and see a problem with this? I feel bad for the employees working here and policy that the owner follows. Glad these reviews are available for others to see so can bypass this company.

I am visiting from out of town staying with a relative. When the problem occurred we did not who to call. Someone recommended “All Right” but they could not do it … however they highly recommended Action … we counted them and are DELigHTED that we did. Two friendly young men, Sheg and Wilmer, came in, prepared the sink area, set up their gear and did the job quickly. They then reset the kitchen area!! They were polite, efficient and very friendly. My brother and I would give them 11 out of 10!!!!! Thanks, gentlemen!! Doug and Lorne

LOGAN was that person and he did a great job with our blocked and backing up kitchen drain. Very pleasant and professional man.
